Myoma is a benign tumor, a mass that originates from the uterine November muscle. It is generally known as the most common gynecological problem in women. We can say that it is seen in one out of every 4 women. Myoma and cyst are often confused. Myomas originate from the uterus. Cysts, on the other hand, often occur in the ovaries.
Women who do not have complaints but are suspected of adenomyosis by ultrasonography may also not need treatment. But in cases where there are complaints that affect daily life, your doctor will recommend one of the different treatment options to you. Which treatment option is suitable for you depends on your age, whether you are married, and whether you have children.
Whether this is your first IVF cycle or you are seeking treatment following previous challenges, Prof. Dr. Aygun's approach is based on a scientifically proven, personalized protocol designed to maximize your chances of success. The entire IVF cycle typically takes approximately 3 weeks from start to finish, beginning on the 2nd or 3rd day of your menstrual period.
Your treatment begins with the ovarian stimulation phase, which lasts about 10–12 days. During this period, you will receive daily subcutaneous hormone injections to stimulate the growth of multiple follicles. Prof. Dr. Aygun carefully monitors your progress through regular ultrasound scans to ensure optimal follicle development and to determine the most suitable timing for egg retrieval.

Hysteroscopy is a method by which we evaluate the internal cavity of the uterus endoscopically. It does not require anesthesia. However, in some cases, it may be necessary to perform hysteroscopy under anesthesia in terms of comfort. When space-occupying pathologies such as polyps, fibroids are detected in the uterus, or uterine anomalies such as septum (curtain) are detected in the uterine film, it is possible to treat these pathologies with hysteroscopy.
IVF treatment can be expressed in its simplest form as subjecting sperm and egg to artificial insemination in a laboratory environment and transferring the resulting embryo to the uterus. While it was first applied in patients with obstruction in their tubes, it is currently most often applied due to male infertility and ovulation problems in women. The key point here is to know that this problem can be treated.

A personalized application plan is created based on the findings obtained. The goal is to maximize the chances of success.
Planned procedures are carried out under the supervision of a specialist physician, and the process is closely monitored through regular follow-ups. When necessary, protocols are updated to increase the chances of success.
