Two methods are used to determine fertility potential in women. The first is to evaluate the ovaries with ultrasonography to determine the number of follicles and attempt to reveal the ovarian reserve. The other is to perform ovarian reserve tests such as FSH and AMH in the blood, combining them with follicle counts to determine the potential for conception. While it is possible to determine and inform about fertility potential in this regard, it is not possible to state with any test that pregnancy can definitely not occur.
